With 20+ years as an IT Recruiter, I am passionate about identifying and engaging bright IT talent to find the best match for both the candidate and my client.

** About my IT Recruiting Background **
Began my IT recruiting career in 2000 for Keane (consulting firm). Went on to become a National Recruiting Specialist for Keane’s headquarters (Boston). In 2004, I made a move to the Twin Cities market, where I have been both an agency and corporate full-lifecycle IT RECRUITER.
My background includes recruiting for clients such as Wells Fargo, Thomson Reuters, 3M, UnitedHealth (UHG / UHC), Best Buy, SuperValu, Accenture, RBC Dain Rauscher; as well as IT recruiting for several non-local clients, including IBM, Whirlpool, State Farm and Pepsico.
** You will notice from my background that I had a medical leave (Mayo Clinic)….That is now taken care of and very eager to return to work.

* HONESTY / INTEGRITY: I will only contact you about REAL jobs that I think might be a possibility for you and I will always be upfront about compensation (which depends on job reqs vs. how well you match a specific opportunity, of course)!

* FEEDBACK & FOLLOW-THROUGH: Tired of recruiters who submit you and then you never hear from them again? That’s not how I work. Although I’m requesting feedback from hiring managers, if I haven’t heard anything, I will still let you know that we’re trying to get that interview for you!

* LISTEN: If you tell me you’re only interested in opportunities that are large, enterprise-level implementations, that’s all I’ll present to you. If you’re a developer and only want to hear about opportunities that involve new design/development, that’s all I’ll present to you.

* RESUME ENHANCEMENT: I will work with you to ensure your resume shows that you do, indeed, have the experience required by the hiring manager. We can either add details together, or I’ll give you detailed instructions on what to add…..This helps you land that interview! If you aren’t quite the right match for a particular job, I’ll let you know why (and hopefully be able to find a better match for both you and my client).
